Be alert to lane closures along Route 19 at John Douglas Wayside due to debris removal

BRISTOL – Due to efforts to remove debris along Route 19 near John Douglas Wayside and the Washington/Russell County line, motorists can expect daytime lane closures during December.

The project begins Thursday, December 12. Weather permitting, crews will work seven days a week to remove the debris.

Be alert to alternating left and right lane closures on both north and southbound Route 19.
